The hotel's prime location next to Dubai Mall was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily access various attractions and amenities in the area. The apartment at Damac Maison were spacious, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. We opted for a three-bedroom apartment, which provided ample space for our family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploration. The staff at Damac Maison were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. Their professionalism and helpfulness enhanced our overall experience and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Especially Mr.Abdelaziz & Mr. Mohamed. One of the highlights of staying at Damac Maison was the stunning view from our apartment. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the Dubai fountain , which was a mesmerizing sight, especially during the evening when it was dancing. The hotel amenities were impressive as well. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment to unwind and enjoy some leisure time. Additionally, the fitness center had a good range of equipment, allowing us to keep up with our workout routine during our stay. The proximity to Dubai Mall was a definite advantage. We could easily access the mall for shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Being within walking distance meant that we didn't have to worry about transportation or parking, which was very convenient, especially in a bustling city like Dubai. While there was a restaurant on-site, we found that exploring the diverse culinary scene outside the hotel provided us with more options and a chance to experience local cuisine.

I really liked the location in downtown Dubai. It was easy accessible to the Dubai mall so you can get a quick bite to eat. I also ate at CZN Burak restaurant recommended by Aziz. So close to the hotel. Easy to get on the metro & taxi. The atmosphere at the hotel. As I arrived with my daughter the reception staff were very helpful Aziz & Samer. I had a lovely bell boy dropped my luggage to my room. On arrival my apartment room was very nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. It had nice sofas & kitchen. I didn’t use the kitchen because I was on there for 5 nights. Bathroom was nice, the rooms were cleaned very well & they were always available to clean too. I was given extra towels. Breakfast was really good. There was lots of options, fruits, cakes, bread. I had scrambled eggs, beef bacon, apple juice & bread. It changed slightly every. Pancakes were good too. Cecilia & Ali were brilliant they were great every time I had breakfast. I also had a whole day at the spa, it was amazing, they have a ladies only steam room, sauna & jacuzzi, I enjoyed it with my daughter.I had spa treatment done by a lovely lady I have forgotten her name. I had the rose bath salt scrub. Then the full body hot stone massage it was heavenly. I felt so relax, she was very nice & friendly. The staff were always offering help & asked me & my daughter if we needed anything. As I was leaving everyone was there to bid me goodbye which was a nice personal touch.

We had a wonderful stay in Dubai thanks to the Damac Maison staff. We stayed in room 1809 which has a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. Staff were great breakfast team were amazing. Front house Abigail was brilliant who welcomed us at night and advised us about the area really well (Hope you enjoy the Diljit Concert!!). Service staff Ithishaar ( sorry if I got name wrong) very helpful to my family spoke Hindi /Urdu English fluently. Everyone was great room was amazing 3 bathrooms 2 which contain shower/bathtub. Great view with wrap around balcony. Washing machine,, dish washer ( no dishwasher tablets) fridge freezer and kitchen with 4 burner hob. 2 AC units serving bedrooms and the sitting/diner room. TVs had Chromecast which was useful for kids to share pics of day including watching YouTube. Dubai mall is less than 5 min walk Burj Khalifa 15min walk with kids through the Dubai mall and fountains also. If visiting Burj go to lower ground food court and then you will find at the top Burj. We went for 9am in October. Empty queues we saw the queues later and wow must be hour long. Go early enjoy the views in peace and take lots of pics!

This place is simply amazing! The staff is incredibly kind and client-oriented. (Saber provided us an upgrade of our room). We could see the Burj Khalifa from our balcony!! The apartment is absolutely clean, and the cleaning personnel (mainly Mehrdad) pays attention to every detail. The hotel has all the comforts included in the price, gym, spa, and outdoor swimming pool. We could not choose better. Very good quality-price choice!
