DAMAC Maison Mall Street

This place is simply amazing! The staff is incredibly kind and client-oriented. (Saber provided us an upgrade of our room). We could see the Burj Khalifa from our balcony!! The apartment is absolutely clean, and the cleaning personnel (mainly Mehrdad) pays attention to every detail. The hotel has all the comforts included in the price, gym, spa, and outdoor swimming pool. We could not choose better. Very good quality-price choice!

Lovely people, they have the best kindest people .

I really liked the location in downtown Dubai. It was easy accessible to the Dubai mall so you can get a quick bite to eat. I also ate at CZN Burak restaurant recommended by Aziz. So close to the hotel. Easy to get on the metro & taxi. The atmosphere at the hotel. As I arrived with my daughter the reception staff were very helpful Aziz & Samer. I had a lovely bell boy dropped my luggage to my room. On arrival my apartment room was very nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. It had nice sofas & kitchen. I didn’t use the kitchen because I was on there for 5 nights. Bathroom was nice, the rooms were cleaned very well & they were always available to clean too. I was given extra towels. Breakfast was really good. There was lots of options, fruits, cakes, bread. I had scrambled eggs, beef bacon, apple juice & bread. It changed slightly every. Pancakes were good too. Cecilia & Ali were brilliant they were great every time I had breakfast. I also had a whole day at the spa, it was amazing, they have a ladies only steam room, sauna & jacuzzi, I enjoyed it with my daughter.I had spa treatment done by a lovely lady I have forgotten her name. I had the rose bath salt scrub. Then the full body hot stone massage it was heavenly. I felt so relax, she was very nice & friendly. The staff were always offering help & asked me & my daughter if we needed anything. As I was leaving everyone was there to bid me goodbye which was a nice personal touch.

Everything about the property is very nice and so are the staffs most especially Mr saber at the reception also Mr Ali who checked me in and out amazing people
