Great customer service, the person at reception gave us the best room possible. The room was clean and the location was very central, close to the Burj and to everything else in the city centre. Room had a good view of the Burj, and it was quiet.

I like everything about the property, specially the hotel staff. From the receptionist specially Abigail!! to the bell boys, to the restaurant staffs, they are all great, always ready and happy to serve and help. Our room was amazing, i was not expecting how big our room is, it was complete, living room, dining room with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 baths, and a balcony and bedroom window view of the Burj Khalifa!!! Wow! The room smells amazing from day 1 to day 5! The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall, and there is convenient store behind the property. I would stay here over and over given a chance! Very highly recommended!! Amazing place with Amazing Hotel staff!
